pak335 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with criminal activity, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, pak335 may freeze the relevant account pending investigation and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.
All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives offered by pak335 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus funds credited to a pak335 account must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's individual terms. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet, pak335 reserves the right to void the relevant game round or bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account. pak335 is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through pak335's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
